H 51 Family House

H 51 Family House is located on the first floor, has an independent entrance and is internally composed of a large entrance hall, large living room with sofa beds and TV area, there is a pellet stove that can be used in winter as an alternative to hot/cold air conditioning splits.

The TV area has satellite channels and smart - TV. netflix etc.. there is the Nintendo Wii with games of various genres and the Wii-Fit platform with sports games, yoga, pilates, tennis etc., unlimited Wi-Fi at 30 MB/flat is included, you will also have an assorted library available and games.

The kitchen is large and separate from the living room, it has all the comforts, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, blender, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, fridge, 3 compartment freezer, it also has a table and chairs for 6 people
It is however possible to eat outdoors as the house is equipped with a large covered veranda with table and chairs for 6 people with barbecue, here you will also find stored equipment for the sea, umbrellas, beach games etc.... To ensure that noises do not disturb, the washing machine is present in this room inside a niche, the laundry detergents, clothes drying rack and cleaning and personal hygiene products are present in the house.

A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, both are double bedrooms equipped with linen, duvets etc. and are separated by a large bathroom with two sinks, bidet, toilet and shower with gas water heater in order to ensure a continuous supply of hot water. the hairdryer and other personal accessories are present, as is the kit of towels and mats.

Despite the very central location, the house faces the back and not the street, double glazing on the windows, this allows you to rest in peace.
Mosquito nets and totally darkening shutters are present in every room.

Under the house you will always find free parking available.

H 51 Family House has been the family home since the early 1950s and was completely renovated a few years ago to be readapted to today's needs. We take great care of this space that we have lived in until recently and which we have now decided to make available for short-term rental.
