The accommodation is really easy to reach and is composed as follows:

Large private garden where it is possible to have a BBQ, living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom that can be equipped with a double bed, bathroom with large shower and washing machine, 2 large covered verandas on two sides, with dining area and lounge area, both facing the pool and with sea view, equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a very comfortable space where it will be pleasant to relax and read a good book or sip an aperitif. The house has an internal private parking.

The house is very bright and has been furnished in a modern style with materials that recall the fragrant seasoned woods and the marbles and granites of Sardinia, the furniture is in sober and delicate colors combined with pleasant touches of color that recall the tones of the sea.

In the living room there is a kitchenette equipped with all the accessories that we usually find in our homes, there are six seats at the table, in addition to the six on the veranda and a comfortable sofa bed made to measure with orthopedic mattress that guarantees the same comfort of a traditional sofa bed, with TV area, which has satellite TV decoder, wi fi.
