The apartment has an entrance and private parking assigned inside the property, it is located on the ground floor and is internally composed of a living room with kitchenette equipped with table and chairs for six people and a new double sofa bed,
There are two bedrooms each with private outdoor space, the double bedroom has a flat roof while the single bedroom has bunk beds/pull-out beds and is also equipped with an outdoor space paved.
The bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, large shower and washing machine, spacious and fresh covered veranda with table and chairs where you can dine outside, private garden and bbq.
Air conditioning, hot/cold split is present as well as wi fi, satellite TV and smart TV, the kitchenette has a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, tablecloths etc.
In the bathroom there is a washing machine, hairdryer, personal hygiene products, set of three towels and mat.
Cleaning and personal hygiene products are present in the house, umbrellas, high chair, cot and beach games are provided on request
