I recommend Sunset House PuntoCasaBudoni to those who want to spend a relaxing and stress-free holiday, Via Parma 21 is a secondary street of the main road that leads both to the beach and to the centre, near the police station, a private and quiet but very convenient street, far from the noise and traffic from the centre, which is still a short 10 minute walk away, as well as the beach, the closest is the beautiful beach of La Cinta, with fine white sand whose crystalline seabed is so shallow that you can lie down on it and take in the sunny, an ideal place for children who can play in peace, thus allowing adults to relax and enjoy the best of this spectacular gift that nature has given us.

The distances in which Sunset House is located will allow you to travel without a car, the central stop for buses coming from larger cities, such as Olbia, from the port or airport, is located in Via Sassari and is just a 10 minute walk away, buses also leave from there for the more distant beaches such as Cala Brandinchi beach (Piccola Thaiti), L'Isuledda beach and other beautiful beaches in the area, furthermore less than 100 meters away, on Via Gramsci, there is the beach stop free bus to the nearest beaches adjacent to the town.

The property is within a unique structure divided into a few apartments, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, our Sunset House house is the first floor overlooking the back, i.e. not on the road but on the countryside towards the river with a view on the hills and from which you can enjoy the view of the Teodorini sunsets, therefore quieter and more private, and is composed of a driveway entrance gate to the residence, a second private entrance gate to the property where there is a private garden with outdoor shower and a storage room under the stairs where there is a washing machine, barbecue and beach accessories such as children's games, umbrellas etc..

A private staircase will take you to the entrance veranda on the first floor, internally it has a living room with kitchenette equipped with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, "Lavazza a modo mio" coffee pod machine, kettle, blender immersion, toaster, spices, detergents etc. table and chairs for 4
On the side opposite the kitchen entrance, there is a large custom-made double sofa bed, which accommodates two people and has a very comfortable and high orthopedic mattress, smart TV, wi-fi and desk, books in various languages and games. Externally there is the second veranda with excellent exposure facing the sea with table and chairs where it is possible to eat outdoors.
There is also a welcoming and new double bedroom for 2 people with large wardrobe and a recently renovated bathroom with large shower, has a hairdryer and personal hygiene products included among the accessories there is a folding cot, a high chair to place on the chair, also available iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, fan, hot - cold air conditioning.

You will have access to the entire house and everything it has.

Cars can be parked outside the property where there is a large free car park.

Motorcycles can also be parked inside the garden.

Bicycles also find space under the stairs which is equipped with a key.

Other things to note

The house has safety box keys containing the key, so you can arrive at any time you prefer, even last second, by carrying out self check-in. Access instructions will be sent to you the day before check-in or if last minute at the time of booking.
