The space

The house consists of a private garden with an outdoor shower to remove the sand from the sea, a covered veranda with table and chairs, it will be so pleasant to dine outdoors.
Internally there is a large living room with kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and all the accessories that we usually find in our homes, there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, in front of the flat TV with satellite TV, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, linen and soaps, a double bedroom with cot.
The linen, sheets, towels, mats are included and are supplied by an industrial laundry sanitized at 90°.
Our house is located in a perfect position for those who want to experience a car-free holiday, travel to beaches and shops is possible in a few minutes' walk.

Very close to the La Cinta beach which can be easily reached on foot along Via Alghero (tree-lined and shaded street) alternatively you can take Via Alghero and Via del Tirreno, the road is even shorter, moreover in the last stretch you will find in addition to the hotels some points of refreshment.

Also nearby, there is a small playground for children, it is open all year round and is free, there are slides, swings, and comfortable benches where parents can relax under the branches of the trees present.

Close to the countryside and the San Teodoro Lagoon, it is possible to visit on horseback or by boat.

It has many services nearby, there are two markets at a distance of about 100 metres. including one on the road returning from the beach, some, in high season, remain open until after midnight.

Not far away there are bars where you can buy freshly baked croissants and frothy cappuccinos for an Italian breakfast!! the first is less than 300 meters away. from home.

In the surrounding area, there is certainly no shortage of restaurants and pizzerias for all tastes and genres, you can eat fresh fish or a Neapolitan or even pizza by the meter and of all possible and imaginable tastes!

There are many farmhouses in the area, they are found mainly in the surrounding hills, tasty and abundant dishes of local cuisine of own production, accompanied by fragrant red wines with intense flavours...while near the pond there are several fish-tourisms which offer the freshly caught fish day, always accompanied by fresh local white wine... the menus are fixed and the prices are around €30 per person... these places can all be reached in just 10/15 minutes by car.

There are many places where you can taste fresh and colorful cocktails... as an aperitif... in happy hours, there are many bars and pabs that offer this service, from the simplest and most urban to the most chic... Ambra Day offers a tree-lined garden with comfortable cushions and/or elegant tables accompanied by excellent music and qualified staff.. it is about 600 meters away. from home.

Nocturnal and noisy clubs are mainly found in the central area, they are always within walking distance, a 5-10 minute walk away.

A slightly longer walk and you arrive at Ambra Night, a disco on the beach and Luna, a disco on the hill. Its location is strategic and highly sought after as it is very central, the small and quiet residence in which it is located allows you to spend a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Excellent starting point towards the most beautiful destinations of Gallura, Costa Smeralda and Sardinia .

In the apartment you will find vast advertising and information material on the territory and on Sardinia, on excursions, beaches to visit, museums, restaurants, clubs of all kinds... as well as a book left by you customers, where you can read advice, information and reviews experienced in person...

It is possible to book diving courses in advance in the "Tavolara marine park", romantic dinners based on the excellent fresh fish of the area or in a farmhouse where you can savor the typical local cuisine.
