The beautiful beach and pine forest of Capannizza are just 3 minutes away by car, with parking on the beach costing a maximum of €3 per day.

A stone's throw away are the market, bar, tobacconist, newsagent, pizzeria and restaurant, the stop for the free shuttle service to the sea which is about 150 meters away

The apartment has a private entrance and is located on the ground floor and is internally composed of a living room with kitchenette equipped with a double sofa bed, satellite TV - smart TV,

a bedroom with double bed and single bed has a balcony equipped with table and chairs, bathroom, covered veranda with table and chairs where you can dine outdoors and a relaxation area –

The apartment has private parking and shared use of the swimming pool.
